We currently ship across Europe and to the United Kingdom.

All orders are shipped with tracking via DHL. You’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by tracking details once your package is on its way. While we carefully prepare each parcel, please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage once a shipment has been dispatched. Delivery delays are not eligible for refunds. For shipping issues, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

United Kingdom: €14,99 tracked, estimated delivery 7–10 business days after dispatch

return policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns if the item shows signs of wear, such as makeup marks, stains, or body odor.

How to Initiate a return:
Email support@maenoula.com with the subject line ‘RETURN’.
Include your name and order number in the email.
Specify the reason for your return.
Indicate whether you would like a size exchange or store credit.

We will respond to your email within 2–3 working days.

Return Shipping: you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.

Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

CUSTOM-MADE ITEM

Please note we are a small business, due to this we do not issue refunds on any CUSTOM item(‘s) unless it is faulty. Please double check your size before ordering and/or you can leave your measurements in the notes section at checkout.

What we do offer: Alterations, if you would like your style altered there is an additional cost that may vary between 10-50 euros. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
