Do you ship worldwide?
We primarily ship to Europe and the UK. For international orders outside these regions, please email us at support@maenoula.com with your location, and we’ll provide shipping options and costs.

Can I request a style in a different fabric?
Yes! If you find a fabric you love and want it on another design, it’s possible as long as we have enough stock. Email us at hello@maenoula.com at least 2 days before placing your order. If confirmed, you can place your order and specify the preferred fabric in the comments section at checkout.

Can my piece be adjusted for my height?
Absolutely! Whether you’re tall or petite, we can adjust the hem to fit your height at no extra cost. Just leave your height in the notes section at checkout, and we’ll customize the length accordingly.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, processing may have begun, and the full amount will be charged. Please email us promptly if you wish to cancel.
